Reflecting on the Last Two Months: Major Milestones for KindReff

As we approach the end of the year, it’s a perfect moment to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made over the last two months at KindReff. Our mission to help nonprofits enhance their fundraising efforts while revolutionising recruitment has taken significant strides forward.

Strengthening Connections with Nonprofits

In the past two months, our dedicated team has reached out to around 120 charities across Australia, with a primary focus on organisations in New South Wales. We’ve had the privilege to present and showcase KindReff to approximately 20-25 of these organisations. Through these presentations, we’ve been able to introduce our unique platform that unites recruitment with philanthropy.

We’re thrilled to announce that five wonderful nonprofits have signed up and are now fully onboarded with KindReff, helping us build a more compassionate and impactful recruitment ecosystem. A huge thank you to the following organisations for their trust and partnership:

A Collaborative Effort

None of this would have been possible without the tremendous support of our team, especially our talented Sydney University students, Carol Riady and Eric Kim. Their dedication and hard work have been instrumental in driving these accomplishments forward. Their passion and contributions have brought fresh energy to our mission.

Looking Ahead

As we wrap up our nonprofit onboarding efforts for this year, we’re more excited than ever for what’s to come. The positive feedback and enthusiasm from the charities we’ve spoken with reaffirm that we’re on the right path. We’re energised and planning our next initiatives, which will allow us to start promoting sustainable recruitment to businesses, helping them enhance their Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this process, especially the nonprofits who have given us their time and feedback. Your input is helping shape KindReff into a platform that makes a difference—one that benefits both businesses and the community.

We can’t wait to continue building this vision with you all.
